About Alejandro Ramírez

I am an Automation & Integrations Engineer based in Berlin. I turn repeated manual work, disconnected systems, and fragile data flows into reliable systems that teams can understand, operate, and verify.

What I build

I build API integrations, workflow automation, accounting and document pipelines, internal tools, backend services, and operational data systems. My work uses n8n, Make, Python, SQL, Docker, APIs, and Unix systems.

The useful result is not an automation that only works once. It is a clear process with explicit data, known failure paths, and a safe way to rerun or review the work.

How I work

I start with the actual process and its constraints. I identify the decision that needs human judgment, the data that can be automated, and the boundary where an external write becomes irreversible.

Then I build the smallest dependable system, make the failure states visible, and verify the stored result. The operating loop is diagnose, integrate, automate, verify, and hand off.

Background

At Ko Kitchen, I build accounting, invoice, and operations automation. Before that, I co-founded JurisDATA, where an automated intake and guidance workflow helped more than 50,000 people.

42 Berlin added foundations in C, C++, Unix, networking, concurrency, Docker, and systems programming. The technical tutorials on this site show the design and verification patterns behind this work.

Current focus

I am interested in Automation & Integrations Engineer, Business Systems Engineer, Internal Tools Engineer, and Backend & Integrations Engineer roles. I do my best work with a real operational problem, technical ownership, short feedback loops, and room to improve a process from diagnosis through handoff.
